I stopped in to Brewer Airport Toyota on a whim to look at a new truck. I found a model on the lot that was just what I was looking for. In the end, they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I got a great deal on both the new truck and my trade-in. Salespeople Donnie Sippel and David Cappetta were very helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained all of the features of my new truck. Sam Piccolo, General Sales Manager, was courteous, engaging, and easy to deal with during our negotiation. Finance manager, Taylor Wilson, was friendly, organized and had me on my way in minimum time after signing all of the required documents. All in all, a great experience.

Pros: They were transparent about an “as is” vehicle I inquired about. Scheduling a test drive was fairly easy. Dealership is clean and bright with open floor space. Cons: Not much price negotiation even for a cash offer. I still get marketing texts asking if I’m still interested when I disclosed prior to leaving that I was no longer interested.

We went through Costco Auto and David Cappetta helped us out. What a great experience! No pressure, no nonsense. David explained all the features of the car to me while the paperwork was being generated, went out and sat with me, helped me get my phone set up, etc. Once the paperwork was signed, I was driving away. Entire transaction took about an hour. Very happy with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone.

I have always bought my Toyota vehicles from Kenny Ross now Brewer for the last 18 years. I have always been happy with my Toyota vehicles. It’s the SERVICE DEPARTMENT That causes me to not give it five full stars. Mind you, I am not talking about the employees themselves. They are generally pretty nice. I am talking about how in the world when I have a SCHEDULED appointment to just get an oil change and I get there at 8 AM and it takes 2 1/2 hours! I sit and I wait and I wait. So just be forewarned: if you buy a new car here And you bring it in for an oil change, you ARE going to have to wait wait wait and wait some more - you may even die waiting! (THE TRICK IS: Schedule your appointment for the very last appointment of the day! Trust me it works 😉)

Oct 12, 2026 I pickup my new RAV4 Hybrid from Brewer Airport Toyota. This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Brewer. Each vehicle was better than the previous one. But it's the Sales Consultant that really makes the experience worth while. My Sales Consultant on this occasion was David Cappetta he is an incredible Sales Consultant. David was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and patient while selling my car to me. I have dealt with several sales people while dealing with Brewer Toyota over the years. David is the best Sales Consultant I have dealt with to date. He is young knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable through the entire process of selling you a vehicle. I will always deal with him if and when I purchase another Toyota in the future.
